Hi Everyone,
Just recently re-did the website!! As more and more content comes your way, I truly want this site to be the place you can go to hear new material, get linked into videos, updates, news, photos, etc. What do you think of the site? I've included some photography of mine in the header images as well...it has been fun to start using all those pictures around the design of the site/music. There are a lot of updates on the music front...have been in the studio quite a bit. I am working on a few different projects now. Some of it is working out new stuff, some of it is re-working older un-released acoustic sessions material. I will surely keep you all posted as things become completed and ready for you all to hear!! I also just picked up a Martin 00-15 that sounds dreamy. I have wanted one of these for a long time and the situation presented itself. I have a feeling that this beauty has so many songs inside just waiting to be heard. First moments playing around with it already provided a really enjoyable melody. I am very excited to have this new member of the acoustic family!! Stay tuned for new project updates and shows! Talk to you soon, Greg

Well they have done it. Juno Day have released their highly anticipated album entitled "Chauvet" for the world to hear. It is a fantastic piece of music. For those that may not remember, living with the members of Juno Day marked the beginning of a large step forward in my musical career. Their friendship and inspiration have been a huge part of my musical journey. I hope this recommendation finds you well! Please share it with everyone! Here is the excerpt from the band and a link below to listen/support the artist: "Well it's official...me and Zac have finally made an album as Juno Day. You can check it out now at our bandcamp site, and we'll have it up on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc. in about two weeks. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us and come to our shows over the years. It means a lot, and we're very proud and happy to offer these recordings to you." junoday.bandcamp.com There are times when I come across ideas, movements, groups, concepts, whatever...and I just think...man I want to be a part of that. It is something I want to share in or create something in the same arena. It has so many or all of the elements of what gets me excited to pursue ideas. I came across the website Shaking Through and pretty much became immersed in the mini documentaries, the songs, the photos, and the stories this place has to offer. Not only do I get to nerd out on all of the studio stuff, but the creative discussions about songwriting, the producing process, and the whole vibe of the site and the idea is fantastic. The videos and photos are really well done. You can see creativity and art and the blend of technology and technical expertise all in the context of music and film. Check out what is going on at this place, support them if you like via their kickstarter campaign, and who knows, perhaps someday our studio out here will develop/support something similar!
Got caught in the rain working on some songs at the park today. But not before working out some new stuff!
