Thanks Kiwanis Club for supporting independent music!

This past Saturday, I had the opportunity to speak at a Kiwanis club meeting in Ramona, CA about the changing state of the music industry, the role of technology, and what it all means for musicians independently pursuing opportunities to further their careers.  I want to extend a big thank you to the club for a great morning of music and conversation. I am always excited to meet others excited about music!  One member has one of the biggest harmonica collections in the world, another has a son touring europe, some mentioned they heard about the changing state of the music industry from the last major concert they went to!  Others were members of bands in the past, some are still active musicians, while others just love music and expressed their interest in learning how the art and industry is transforming.  I had a great time!  Great to meet everyone!  Please check out their website and support them in your locality if you can.  Photos of the event and small article can be found here:
